Our Strategy
Mentor churches in Latin America and the U.S.
Through the Global Focus Missional Process we mentor hundreds of churches in Latin America and the U.S. to embrace God's Mission, to make disciples in their own Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the Ends of the Earth (Act. 1:8). This process is designed with 6 modules that helps the church to implement paradigm shifts and strategies that help churches engage their own people to a much greater personal involvement in God's Mission, both locally and globally.
Mobilize Missionary candidates to the unreached people groups.
There are over 6,000 unreached people groups in the world today. These are ethnic groups have little or no access to the Gospel of Christ. We help to mobilize Latin American missionaries to the unreached people groups. There are two main reasons why Latin American missionaries are pivotal in reaching the unreached. What God has been doing in Latin America: In the 1900's there were only 50,000 Evangelical Christians in all of Latin America. Today there are over 100 million! The second reason is the cultural affinity of Latin America with the majority of the unreached people groups. Spain, before conquering the "new world", had been a muslim caliphate for nearly 800 years! So there were many cultural, and linguistic influences. So Latin Americans are very culturally suited to take the Gospel to many of the people groups in this part of the world. Also, because every church has the mandate to make disciples both locally and globally. Since 2010 we have helped facilitate sending of nearly 50 families to some of the darkest areas of the world to shed the light of Christ.
Connect the candidates to the field and sending organizations.
Once we mentor churches, and help mobilize their own people to fulfill the Great Commission, we help connect them with other churches in Latin America and around the world. We believe that we can do together what we could never accomplish individually. We help churches to form "networks" that are focused on a certain unreached people group by collectivly adopting them. Not only do we help connect churches in fulfilling the Great Commission, we connect the missionary candidates to the field. We take vision trips exposing them and their church to the need on the field, and the many opportunities to engage with the people group. We also help connect these candidates to cross cultural training, fund raising, and to a sending organization.
Partner with them once they are on the field.
Not only do we shepherd the candidate and their church through the entire process until they arrive to their new field of service, we partner with them once they are on the field. We take their church and other churches in Latin America to work with them on specific projects that engages the church in working with their missionary on the field. Not only do the church members personalize missions by individually participating, but their churches keep healthy lines of communication open with their field partners. One other major benefit is that on these projects, God calls even more workers to join them as colaborers in the ministry, thus creating from Latin America a missions force.
