News from Venezuelan Workers serving in Senegal West Africa.

One of the most difficult people groups in West Africa are the Pulaar or Fulani people group. Many missionaries have tried to make inroads to this large nomadic ethnic group, but God has given His grace to A. and Y.

Last year they were able to lead to faith in Christ a Pulaar leader whose name is A. It has not been easy for A. in his walk with Christ, there has been persecution from the tribe and from his own family. But he is resolved to follow Christ. Now A. has taken his Venezuelan friends to a group of 6 other men and they too are now studying the Bible. God is being glorified in the midst of a people group that for many years has not had access to the Gospel.

Please continue to pray for these Venezuelan workers that are serving in a difficult and dark area of the world. By way of note: The church that sent Y. and A. to the field, is one of the first churches in Venezuela to implement Global Focus, and their pastor is now one of the leading facilitators in Venezuela.

Casa de oportunidades or Opportunity House is the children home that Y. and A. have started where they are taking in street children. They give them an education, feed and clothe them, and teach them a trade. Many of these young men have been called to preach, and are training to go back into their own villages to share the Gospel and start churches. Please pray for these young men and God's provision for Opportunity House.
