Seeing things through God's Perspective

The Chinese have 2 words for crisis: Danger and Opportunity. Honestly the way we see normally see the refugee crisis is Danger. But in reality the word that best describes this crisis is the word Opportunity.

After working with the refugee's and saw how open they were to the love of Christ and the Gospel, the word that I would now use to describe what is going on there is the most significant opportunity to date. God is working like never before; one worker said that just a few years ago if you tried to give out a New Testament, it was very dangerous. Now even the refugee's are asking for New Testaments.

They have lost everything and they are more open than ever before, and God is working in incredible ways to draw them to Himself. Another worker; Dr. V.T. said that several thousand families were able to return home, the majority of them were ministered to by Christian workers, and many returned with their own Bible, and now we are expecting another 5,000 new families next week. Opportunity, to share Christ's love, to give those who have never heard the Gospel, and to extend the Kingdom of God in obedience to the Great Commission.
